Terms & Conditions 1. The information on this registration form will be retained by the promoter: Emo Oil Ltd. 2. Any offers/discounts may only be applied while making a purchase. Therefore, your card must be presented at the checkout or the Pay-At-Pump bar code scanner whilst making a purchase. Discounts do not apply to Fuel Card transactions. 3. The Promoter may vary the periods of when offers/discounts apply or at any time terminate the Loyalty Club. 4. This card is for use in The Emo Oil Loyalty Club, exclusively. 5. Products may be excluded at the discretion of the promoter or by operation of law. 6. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any card if they deem that it has been forged of otherwise tampered with. 7. To join The Emo Oil Loyalty Club, you must be 18 years or older. 8. The Promoter’s decision shall be final and binding in all matters regarding the Emo Oil Loyalty Card. 9. Your Emo Oil Loyalty Card is not a credit, payment or cheque guarantee card. 10. If you have not made any purchase during a period of 6 months, you may be eliminated from the program. You may re-join the program at any time. At your written request, your name can be removed from the Emo Oil Loyalty Club.
