What is an online account?

Our new online account area at myEmo gives you access to your Emo account and offers some great features, including:

  • View your account and balance information
  • View your delivery schedule to keep track of purchases and deliveries
  • View your order and payment history
  • Make a payment / Build up your credit
  • Request a statement or invoice
  • Depending on your account type, place a home heating oil order
  • Manage your fuel cards
  • Change your password

Since 31st August 2015 all accounts receive all correspondence from Emo, including statements and invoices, via email. Click here to find out more.


How do I get an online account?

Existing customers

If you have ordered from before you will have an account, you can Register/Login here with or without your account number to access your Online account.


New customers

If you are a new customer, place an order online using the quotation box on the top left and you will Register and Login to your new Online account during the order process.


How do I access my account?

To view your personalised account area, click on the myEmo button at the top right corner or the website, and then enter your login details.

If you have forgotten your password, just click the ‘Forgotten Your Password’ link and follow the instructions.
