What is an online account?

Our new online account area at gives you access to your Emo account and offers some great features, including:

  • View your account and balance information
  • View your delivery schedule to keep track of purchases and deliveries
  • View your order and payment history
  • Make a payment / Build up your credit
  • Request a statement
  • Manage your fuel cards
  • Change your password

In addition, from 31st August 2015 all accounts will be moved to E-Billing. You will now receive all correspondence from Emo, including statements and invoices, via email. Click here to find out more.

How do I get an online account?

Existing customers

If you have ordered from before you will have been sent an email with your unique username and password.

If you’re an existing customer but do not know or do not have your online username and password, please fill out the ‘Online Service Registration’ form below to request your online services login details. We will activate your account for online access and send your username and password within 48 hours.

New customers

If you are a new customer, place an order online using the quotation box on the top left or provide your e-mail address when you order via phone, and your new username and password will be e-mailed to you within 48 hours.

How do I access my account?

To view your personalised account area, click on the login button at the top right corner or the website, and then enter your login details.

If you have forgotten your password, just click the ‘Forgotten Your Password’ link and retrieve it using your username or account number. Your username should be your email address, and you can find your account number on the invoice you received on delivery.
